Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Suburban Lawn and Landscaping is a licensed business in Radnor Township and fully insured. Our business license and insurance policy are available to customers upon their request.

Should I have my lawn serviced if it's been raining all week?

In the event of heavy rain, we will re-schedule your service for the next available day. It is in our customer’s best interest for the turf to be dry to avoid tread marks or damaging any areas.

How long have you been in business?

Suburban Lawn and Landscaping was co-founded in 2018 by father and son, Mark and J.J. Berenato, and acquired the assets of Norcini Landscaping, a family landscaping business that served the Philadelphia Main Line Area since 1947.

Can you service my lawn before my party / event / celebration?

Yes, please give us a week’s notice and we can re-arrange our routes to ensure your property is looking its best before your event.

When do I pay for service?

Payment is due within 30-days of receipt of invoice.

How can we pay you?

Online bank transfer, check, credit card, or money order. Clients are sent invoices electronically. Clients are encouraged to pay online or mail checks to P.O. Box 7494 Saint David's, PA 19087.

What if I am not happy with the service provided?
